How it works
Renting is simple, safe, and smart — but new to many, so it’s natural to have questions. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions. Please contact us if you have further questions or feedback.
- Equipment and lock code: Included in the order confirmation you receive by email.
- User manuals: Available on the product page of the website.
- Training: Can be booked as an add-on; we provide a short 5–10 minute walkthrough.
- Storage: Equipment is stored in a plastic hall at Evjemoen (Infanterivegen 22, 4735 Evje).
- Training, transport, and pick-up assistance: Available only on weekdays from 08:00 to 15:00.
- Assistance with lift setup, reversing, and transport: Available for a small additional fee.
